Tracking may take several days to update during international transit. If there has been no movement for 7 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found after checking with your household, neighbors, safe places, and local carrier, contact support@fitkingself.com. We will help investigate with the carrier and review the appropriate resolution based on the available tracking and carrier findings.
Your destination may charge VAT, duties, import taxes, brokerage, or carrier fees. These charges are determined by local authorities or carriers and are normally the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can also affect delivery time.
