How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@fitkingself.com.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

Tracking may take 2–5 days to update, especially during international transit. If it hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email us and we’ll check it for you.

My package shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it.

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local carrier first. If still missing, contact support@fitkingself.com.

Do you charge customs duties or taxes?

Customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility. Most customers do not experience additional charges.

What is your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method (shipping costs excluded).

Are customized or engraved pieces returnable?

No. Custom-made items are final sale.

Who pays return shipping?

A $12.99 return shipping & processing fee applies to most returns. This fee is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What if I want an exchange?

Email us at support@fitkingself.com with the item you want instead. Once we receive your return, we will confirm availability and ship the replacement.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

Please email support@fitkingself.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will replace it at no cost.

Do I need to return free gifts?

Yes — if returning a full order, any free promotional items must be included. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes. All FITKINGSELF jewelry includes a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing or structural defects
  • Abnormal fading (non–user damage)
What is not covered by the warranty?
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches caused by daily use

Do you offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. You may return your jewelry within 30 days if you are not fully satisfied, as long as it is unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a warranty claim?

  • Photos or videos of the problem
Is there any cost for warranty repairs?

Repairs caused by manufacturing defects are free. If the issue is not covered, we will email you before proceeding with any repair costs.

How long does a warranty repair take?

Most repairs take 7–14 days. More complex repairs may take up to 4 weeks.

Can I shower with stainless steel jewelry?

How do I care for sterling silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time, but proper care keeps it bright.

  • Wipe with a silver-polishing cloth regularly
  • Store in an airtight pouch when not in use
  • Avoid wearing during hot springs, sauna, or swimming
  • Minimize contact with cosmetics and perfume
If my silver jewelry turns dark, what should I do?

Use a silver polishing cloth or silver cleaning solution to restore shine.

Does stainless steel fade?

No — 316L stainless steel does not fade, rust, or tarnish under normal conditions.

What type of sterling silver do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver).

  • Natural oxidation may occur
  • Easily polished back to shine
Will sterling silver tarnish?

Yes — tarnishing is natural but reversible with polishing.

Are your stones natural?

Yes — all stones are genuine natural stones, 

hand-selected for color, quality, and texture.

  • Each stone bead has its own unique look
  • Different batches may differ slightly due to natural origin
Do your products use gold plating?

Some pieces feature premium PVD gold plating.

Why PVD is better:

  • Much more durable than traditional plating
  • Highly scratch-resistant
  • Water & sweat resistant
  • Long-lasting color
Will the gold plating wear off?

PVD gold plating can last years with proper care. Avoid harsh friction and seawater for best longevity.

What material is the red string made of?

Our red string bracelets use high-durability woven nylon cord or waxed cord.

Are your materials hypoallergenic?

Yes — most of our materials are skin-friendly:

  • 316L stainless steel → hypoallergenic
  • 925 sterling silver → suitable for sensitive skin
  • PVD plating → gentle on skin
  • Natural stones → skin-safe
  • Red string & leather → generally safe

If you have extreme sensitivities, stainless steel and silver are your best options.

Yes. Many natural stones carry traditional symbolic meanings, such as:

Water-resistant:
