LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Made to move forward with you. Eligible FITKINGSELF jewelry is backed by this Limited Lifetime Warranty against verified defects in materials and workmanship.

WHO AND WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of eligible jewelry bought directly from FITKINGSELF. It lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser while that purchaser owns the product. It is not transferable and proof of purchase is required.

Coverage applies to verified defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal intended use, including qualifying failures of clasps, connections, or structural components.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or surface wear
  • Plating, finish, color, or shine changes caused by wear, moisture, skin chemistry, chemicals, friction, or environmental exposure
  • Natural oxidation, tarnish, or variations in natural stone
  • Normal stretching, fraying, or weakening of elastic, cord, string, or leather
  • Accidents, impacts, pulling, crushing, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow care guidance
  • Damage from water, salt water, chlorine, perfume, cosmetics, cleaners, heat, or other chemicals
  • Loss, theft, missing items, or sizing and style preferences
  • Damage caused by third-party repair, resizing, alteration, or modification
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or transferred to another owner

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email support@fitkingself.com with the original order number, purchase email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not send the item before receiving instructions. Every claim is inspected and subject to approval.

OUR REMEDY

For an approved claim, FITKINGSELF will choose the appropriate remedy: repair where reasonably available, replacement with the same product, replacement with a comparable product, or store credit when repair or replacement is unavailable. A replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

For a verified covered defect reported within 90 days of delivery, FITKINGSELF will cover reasonable warranty handling and replacement shipping. For an approved claim made after 90 days, the customer may be responsible for return or replacement shipping. Any applicable shipping cost will be disclosed before service proceeds. Warranty service itself will not carry a separate repair fee for a verified covered defect.

IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

This is a limited warranty, not an unconditional lifetime replacement program. It does not limit or replace rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where local law does not allow a stated exclusion or limitation, that exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
